Alternatively try dance classes or forms be it any jazz rumba samba, in addition to keeping you fit they will also help you gain confidence and new friends.

TAPES VCR / DVD – Head to the video rental and obtain any fitness routine and practice what they tell in the video all from the comfort of your own home.

SCHEDULING EXERCISES WITH MARATHONS- A Fun thing to do is to run on your joggertill the marathon on T.v lasts and see how well you fare
Remember workouts if fun filled and entertaining provide better gains than those which are monotonous and boring.
